In my case testers can't repeat error. Error message sometimes raise at client. Please give any idea, where to looking the problem.

In the SmptMail.createMessage before, do you pass variables that might result in an empty String (sender, recipient) ?
I remember having problems sometime ago, when you pass empty strings (obviously).
