Dates on Nav 2013 R2 adjusted by 1 hour

Having a weird issue, we just did live upgrade from Dynamics Nav 4 to 2013 R2. We use to import data using codeunit but we've realized that when we import the data the time is 1 hr + the original e.g. if the original was 08:58:15 the imported will be 09:58:15. If import the same data into the old navision it's accurate. I've checked that DST is off on Dynamics Nav server where DB is also running.
Any ideas?

I have resolved the issue, even though DST was disable on the server it was still affecting the time. After changing the time zone Coordinated Universal Time (which does not observe DST) and configuring the instance to use Server Time Zone.Few years ago we were not existing and few years to come we would be in the grave! So what will benefit us in the grave?0
