Creation of New Nav-LS DataBase

Hi,
I have installed MS Dynamics Nav 2009 SP1 Classic and Sql server 2008 with all licences.I have created a Database and Company as well, but I could not see all the tables,code units,Reports,dataports,forms etc in Object designer.
I want to know what am I missing and from where should I get the Standard tables,code units,Reports,dataports,forms etc.
Kindly help me in doing this.
