NAV 2013 Web Client printing

With the web client, If the user wants to print and post, it requires the printer to be set up on the Microsoft Dynamics Server. The documentation is not too clear on this. Do they mean set up in the printer selections table?

I am running this over a VPN, and when I rdp and run the Windows Client, it cannot see my local printers (connected via tcp/ip), so I have not been able to test this theory.
With reports that do not run direct to the printer, I can print from the preview mode. It is just the print and post that has a problem.
