NAS + NAV 5.0 error

Ahoy! i have a problem: NAS displays err "F: ConnectServerAndOpenDatabase Autom.server has stopped or timeout occured", in DB-Information in current sessions "NAS user ID" is present, all settings as on other PC, where NAS working perfectly (all settings i checked out more times), i tried set NAS-service to log-in under my admin account, but... nothing.. reinstall NAS - nothing, firewall is switched off (but just in case i switched it on and set rules: by port 2407, by app "nas.exe" - nothing)..nothing can help me 
what to do? any ideas? =( ](*,)
