Departments and Navigation Pane customization

Hi,

I created a new RTC Menu (1090 - Dept - Company) where I added some customized menus for a client.
When we open the RTC client, we see the new departments listed
The issue I have is if we try to customize the Navigation Pane from RTC, on the Departments buttons, my new departments are not listed on the right side of the lists. How can I see them there as well?

    Is the 1090 - Dept - Company last compiled MenuSuite?
    For example if you have 1090 - Dept - Company with this menus, and then you have 1091 MenuSuite without menus, then you will have settings from 1091 MenuSuite.

    Yes it is the last compiled menu.
    I don't have anything after 1090.

    Any other ideas?
