How to track SO and Corrosponding PO in Below Situation.

Hi Experts
The situation is like- I have a no. of Sales Orders, then I do Order planning, and here I am Selecting Two or More Sales Orders with Same Vendor name to make one PO. now I have Sale order no. field in PO Page where I am getting only one Sales Order no. (Out of Two or More in this case). Now how I am able to track for How many SO I make this PO and Which are those SO No.
Is there any Base functionality to do this, or I need to Customize some thing?

Maybe you can try to use Reservation function!
