Incorrect qty per unit measure with posting entry

Hi expert,

I would like to know the correction procedure for incorrect qty per unit measure and inbound and outbound has been made, which cause incorrect inbound qty (in base) and unit cost.

Item A, base UOM = PCS
Incorrect 1 BOX = 15pcs
Correct 1 Box = 18 pcs

1. User create PO with 10 box (1 box = 15 pcs), $ per box = 100
2. User create purchase receipt 4 box, ie ILE create with qty (base) = 60 pcs, unit cost (expected) = (4box * $100)/60 pcs)=6.67
[Correct figure should be, ILE create with qty (base) = 72 pcs, unit cost (expected) = (4box * $100)/72 pcs)=5.56]
3. User correct back the item UOM setting
4. Transfer has been done (with 1 Box = 18 pcs)
5. Inventory adjustment (positive) has been done with a incorrect unit cost (1 Box = 18 pcs)
