Batch job to create excel output and auto save excel output

Good afternoon,

Need advice on how to save NAV excel output into excel files automatically.

I have a dataport program which will go through customer table by salesperson to create customer price book. The output is in excel format and it creates lots of excel book1, book2, book3 ... files and I have to go through them one by one to save into excel with proper file name. Is there a way to automate this process? Is it possible to let NAV save the output into files with proper file name?

You can create a new function in Excel Buffer table with the following statements:

XlWrkBk.SaveAs('C:\export.xlsx');
XlApp.Quit;
