commerce portal : notification Problem

Hi all,
I try to install the Commerce Portal but :-k :-k
I can't view the commerce portal site, i get internal server error (http 500)
in the SQL commerce portal database I get the Tables (Commerce_<name of table>)
In the event view I get this error :
Connection property BN_PublishRetryTime_0 has not been set!
Please make sure that you have properly installed Business Notification Server.
