HI

We have this error. When we post to ship the Transfer order we are receiving this Error

The problem could be related to inventory quantity of one of the items: did you check if there is enough quantity on "Transfer-from Code" location?

And where does the debugger stop?
  • prem_kumaranprem_kumaran Member Posts: 10
I am in the process of debugging. However, this is the first time I am debugging 2009 RTC.

I found the steps to debug with the Breakpoint. However, there are no steps on how to debug the Error message.

    Could you please help.
    Thanks,
    Prem

    Hi Prem,

oh.. do you have a chance to do this with CC? Meaning: Activate the debugger in CC (no breakpoint on triggers), no other breakpoints, then try to post the transfer order in the same CC session. This should bring up the debugger at the point of the error. This way we have an idea which codeunit, what operation causes this. Debugging the NAV2009 RTC is complicated at best.

    with best regards

    Hi Jens,

When we try to post the Transfer Order in CC, there is no error.

This is the reason why I am trying to debug the RTC.

It will be great, if anyone let me know the steps to debug the error message.
    Thanks,
    Prem

    Hi Prem,

thanks for the info. This sounds like a RTC-specific (runtime) issue. Have you searched the KB fixes for 2009R2 if something similar was fixed? I would try to llok for a newer build than you have. It doesn't seem to be a C/AL related issue.
Aside from this, I have no idea how to debug a 2009 RTC session.

    with best regards

    Jens
