NAV 5.0 SP1 client crash

When I try to export "VAT Statement" into xml file, then SQL Navision client v.5.0 SP1 is crashing with message in Win "An unhandled win32 exception occured in finsql.exe [4432].
I don't know where's the problem. I am not able to do this operation localy. The same operation on the server is without any problem. I have got backup from this server and data are the same too.
On my laptop there is Windows 8.1 Enterprise x64, SQL Server 2012.

Problem is in code with line:
VATStatementXML17.EXPORT;
VATStatementXML17 is xmlport and EXPORT is internal fce for xmlport. Maybe somethiing wrong with MS component needed for this???
