CLR20r3 Error when Running NAV RTC

Hi, has anyone met this problem ? For some time when we call Navision Rolled Tailored Client it stops with the error below:
(We can run this Rolled Tailored Client only in the server, that is not very good.) Some of the network users can run RTC from the local PC, the other ones - became this error.
Does any body know how to solve this problem ?
