Create Excel file in NAV 2013

Hi Experts,

I have came across with lot of difficulties to create excel file using excel buffer in NAV 2013.
Could you please give me simple example to create a excel file.

Even I search for this, there no clear instructions anywhere. ](*,)

So please help me on this.
