NAV 2013 Employee Qualifications Web Service

Exposed Page 5206 (Employee Qualifications) and Page 5207 (Qualified Employees).
Employee Qualifications can create new qualifications, but the Employee No field is not part of the web service, so you can't associate the qualification to an employee.
Qualified Employees can filter by Employee No, but you can't create qualifications via this web service.
We don't have the option to edit the page to expose Employee No.
Is there any other web service we can use?
