"The database conversion cannot continue" NAV2013R2

I'm getting the following error when trying to open a NAV2013 database in a NAV2013R2 development enviroment. This is for upgrading to NAV2013R2.

"The "xxx database on the yyy server must be converted before you can use it with this version of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Development Environment. The database conversion cannot continue because there are other SQL Server sessions using the database. Close all other sessions and then try again.

So I closed all sessions. Restarted the sql-service and the NAV-servicetiers.
And still this error occurs.

I've done conversion before without this error. :-k

Anybody else experienced this?

"The "Single user" option cannot be set for the xxx database on the yyy server.
Make sure that there are no other SQL Server sessions using the database."

    Strange..

O wait. Just stop the servicetier. I restarted the servicetier and now the conversion is running. Fingers crossed for the "Conversion ok" message.

    Thanks ara3n!
