i create form based on " Employee table"
in field " family status" i want to add in form two check box, if use select first one , it will return in this field = single , if user select the second check box it will return in same field = Married .
how can i do that .

Why not use an option field instead?
Two choices Single & Married0 -
the selection is there , but the user want the form to be like that ..0

Then I suggest option buttons
(O) Single
(O) Married
Works the same a check boxes without all the code needed to make sure both checkboxes can't be checked off at the same time.
