NAV 2013 R2 : How to set society on NAS

when I start NAS, a message box informs me that "To access the job queue you need to choose a company" ??

You need to supply the company name in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server Administration tool. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd355183(v=nav.71).aspx:

On the General tab, the Services Default Company specifies the default company that is used by NAS Services as well as other types of client connections.
