Error when entering customer credit card info

Hello,

I am getting the following error when entering from one of the work stations when entering customer credit card info.
We are using NAV 2009 R2 classic client on SQL database.
The error is only on one of the workstations (all the others are ok). This workstation used to be ok as well, but started getting this error last week. I already unintsalled and reinstalled NAV classic client several times this PC, but still getting the same error:
Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by
GUID={DAB99883-91F5-4CEA-B6A1-58EFE34D774A0}
{534A997B-85FF-4AE9-A478-1DD9EB731DA4}: 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV wrapper for Dynamics Online Proxy'. RSAMachineKeyProvider.
Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered.

Thanks In Advance,

Greg

    How did you install the NAV client on that workstation? If you use the installer, then some folders are created in the directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV". One of these is "Dynamics Online Payment Client" which contains some dll's. You'll also find these files in the NAV product DVD download, in the folder "CsideClient\Common\Microsoft Dynamics NAV".

    I used the DVD download from partner source and installed by running the setup and choosing classic client. I used the same method on all the other workstations, but I only have an issue this one workstation.
    I see the dll-s on the installation DVD folder as you specified. If those dll-s are already in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV" then what are you recommending? Should I try to register them again?

    I double checked all the dlls in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV folder against the same files in the "CsideClient\Common\Microsoft Dynamics NAV" folder and they are all the same.
    Please advise.

    Thanks,
