Multiple Notes factboxes - system part

Hi all, heres a quick one.

I have a custom card page, on this page I would like access to Notes and Links factboxes to belonging to Two other table records.

The base factboxes are of type "system part" and hooks onto the Sourcetable of the page.

So, just to be clear, to accomplish this, I would need to build my own custom factboxes which displays the Notes/Links I need, right?
There is no way of using the base functionality for this.
