Compare Tables in 2 database

Hi,

Is there any way I can compare my 2 database and it can show me only tables & fields which are different
by different fields data type, size or missing field etc.

Ideally, if I can sync all tables structures automatically would be superb
like adding fields, change data type, length, adding new table from 1 database to another

I can google for sql scripts but I cannot add fields via sql

Trick: create a form/page on table "Field" (a virtual table) and copy the output in Excel. Then it is easy to confront.

I thought about field table as well
export into excel and import into another database in temp table and compare
but I will have to modify tables manually.
that will not take long copy/paste
