Nav 2013 R2 Label Printing Issue

Dear All,

I am facing problem related to Label print in Navision 2013 R2.

I have developed report with exact size of Label and set all margins to 0. I have understanding that Report Width and Height should be same as Label size and we have to set Page Size = Custom and Label Height and width in Report Properties as shown in snapshot "Report Properties.jpg".

I have same report in Navision 2009 R2 and it prints properly on Label printer as shown in "Nav 2009 R2 Output.jpg" but It is not printing properly in Navision 2013 R2 as shown in snapshot "Nav 2013 R2 Output.jpg".

How can I identify the problem ? Anyone can suggest what should I check so my problem gets resolved.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Navision 2013 R2 report Layout is developed using Visual Studio 2012 where as in Navision 2009 R2 it is Visual Studio 2010.
Keep the logical design as the same and redesign the report's Layout using Visual Studio 2012.
