Screen jumping when using RDS 2012

Hello,
We are experiencing a problem when using Nav 2013 using Remote Dekstop Services 2012. The problem seems to happen when you change from a list to a card view. E.g. opening a sales order. The screen starts to jump between sessions, it can do this for up to 30 seconds, it either then goes back to the list or opens the card. It's an intermittent problem and we are seeing this on both Win 7 & XP systems.
Has anybody else seen this? Does anybody know or can suggest steps we can take to resolve this?
