We get the above error when the user attempts to print anything from NAV.
Printing from other applications works correctly. Preview is fine as is exporting to PDF, Excel, or Word. Seems to be happening when NAV opens the print dialog. Any ideas?
I would double check whether a printer is installed on the particular machine and whether it is set as a default printer.
If there is no default printer set this error usually appears.
It is also worth to test that the printer works.
