Rollup download problem

I am having a problem where a chart I created for a role center crashes the NAV 2013 client.
Hoping that this is solved by a rollup, I tried selecting the current rollup in Partnersource, and Partnersource gives an "unexpected error".
I have tried from different PCs without success. Partnersource appears to be broken.
Anyone else having this problem?

Anyone know if the rollups solve Windows client crashing problems when it does not like a chart?

It is kind of frustrating when you have to resort to SQL Server to fix a problem.

Have you tried different browsers? What browser do you use?

Thanks - it is hard to believe it has been 10 years already! :D
When I was thrown into NAV, I downloaded all the manuals - there were a lot in those days - read everyone, and consulted Mibuso daily.

Partnersource is working again - barely - the first time I tried it, it timed out, the second time worked.
Guess they decided they should support Internet Explorer.

    Now this sucks.
Getting an error "The KB article has no public hotfixes. Please contact support if you need immediate assistance.".
So I'm not able to download rollup 4 for NAV 2013 R2.

Have tried different browsers and pc's..

From what I can remember rollup 4 for NAV2013R2 contained no platform hotfixes; only application hotfixes.
Last rollup with platform hotfixes was rollup 3 ...

I am experiencing the same problem, I can not download an update rollup for R2. NAV 2013 Rollup 11 was no problem but neither rollup 3 or 4 will download for me. I've tried different browsers and different computers.

    Anybody got any ideas?

I managed to request a downloadlink for NAV2013R2 and now I'm on 7.1.35473. Which includes the fix for problem with data loss.
I unfortunatly do not know where I found the link for the download..
O wait. This is the one (for data loss problem):
    https://mbs2.microsoft.com/Knowledgebase/KBDisplay.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;2934571
Is called Build 36281 but I see 35473 when I apply the new files in all folders.. :-k

    Here's the link for rollup 4 for NAV2013R2 (36078):
    https://mbs2.microsoft.com/Knowledgebase/kbdisplay.aspx?WTNTZSMNWUKNTMMYZWLSWZQTLLRPPXLZUVSRVNKWUSSUQZYN
This link still does not work when I click "View and download the hotfix".

Probably my lack of experience but it seems kind of messy to me those rollup's.

Frankly said, it's a big big mess with all these builds of NAV 2013 R2. Where is the QA-department when you need them?
