Header Rows on Multiple Pages - Report 2013 R2

Hi guys,
i have one report where i don't use Page Header or Page Footer.
I want to show the Header rows for the multiple pages but i can't get it.
I have made this changes according this site but is not working:

Can you help me?
I also check this for the Fixed Data but it doesn't work
