Everyone in our office is receiving an 'ACTIVEX ERROR'.
The HELP is coming from the local drive (chm) file: for instance, my location is:
mk:
@MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Business%20Solutions-Navision\Client\ENU\master.chm::/Help_Intro.htm
The activeex error reads (Internet Explorer Box presents the Error):
"An Activex control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other parts of this page. Do you want to allow this interaction?" THEN when you click YES, then the help appears in the right pane of the window (the topic displays). Obviously, the system is ROBOHELP due to the 'master.chm'.
BUT...how can I fix this on all of my users desktop and what's causing this. Is this an installation error on our end. we'd use the help more if we could see if effortlessly without having to say 'YES' on every error that we receive.
Thanks, any help would be appreciated. :?:
