Password Enforcement In NAV

whenever i create a new user using SQL i tick on password enforcement so that on first login it says the user to change it while using SQL.
But How to do the Same when a user logs in using database server authentication in NAV 2009 R2, So that the user Must Change the password for the first time he/she logs in NAV.
Please Suggest
