Implement Security Certificates in a Production Environment?

Hi everyone
I'm have Implement Security Certificates in the Test Environment using this tutorial

Now I want to Implement Security Certificates in the Production Environment but I don't really understand what to do if I want to obtain a service certificate from a CA.
Can anybody help me in the right direction?
