Body of the Email in different language - NAV2009R2

Hi Techies,

I am using SMTP (NAV 2009 R2) to send email with attached pdf format.

my issue is am sending customer statement as a pdf format using SMTP mail.

some of the customer getting the mail with pdf correct format what we have sent but some of the customer getting the body of email in different language(㰀栀琀洀氀㸀  㰀䈀伀䐀夀㸀 㰀戀爀㸀 㰀⼀戀爀㸀 㰀⼀䈀伀䐀夀㸀 㰀⼀栀琀洀氀㸀吀漀 伀甀爀 嘀愀氀甀攀搀 䜀愀戀爀椀攀氀 ☀ 䌀).

any one faced this earlier...?
