Navision 5.0 SP1 Last Direct Cost vs Puch Price Table

I am having a strange issue on Navision 5.0 SP1. For certain items, when I create a PO it will only use the last direct cost to populate the unit cost on the PO lines. I have verified that the entry on the Puchase Price Table is for the vendor I am selecting and for both more than the minimum quantity (MinQ = 0) and in the correct UOM. However, it still will only populate the Last Direct Cost as Unit Cost for the lines. I tried recreating the Stockkeeping unit, and re-entering the purchase prices, all with no luck. For other items it will correctly choose the Purchase Price table price. The items also all have the same costing method. This creates a problem when we populate a PO for items that we buy from multiple vendors at multiple different prices and we can't let them know how much we pay to their competitors.
Any help would be appreciated.
