Hi all,
Has anyone tried using NAV2013 R2 RTC on a Surface 2 (taking usual system requirements into account)?
Not the web client just running RTC.
Are there any issues with visibility or entering of data via the screen?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

It will only run on a Pro.

You can get the webclient to work on a RT if you host the system in Azure.

Microsoft did a demo of the new touch client for Crete today at Convergence.

    Thanks Mark,
Noted your comments on the Surface Pro.
Have you actually seen it working? I've been trying to find some kind of documentation or a video of it working but no luck.
I have a customer who wants to get one and use NAV on it but they don't want to use the web client but the full RTC. They also don't want to use the keyboard but use the screen to input.
Your comments re: a touch client sound interesting. I'll see what I can find out about that.

    Thanks again :D

I have NAV running on a Surface Pro 2 .. and it runs like a charm (just like it does on any machine ;)).

Are there special features to consider when installing the client on the Surface?
