User Security - Permission sets

First, let me say that I am a former Microsoft GP Admin that is now working with NAV2013. I am having a bit of a brain fart when it comes to relating User Permission sets with Profile ID.
For example, if I give a user a Profile ID of President-Small Business, what permission sets need to go with that? In the past I've ben cheating and just giving SUPER, but if I want to get tougher with security, what permission sets to I need to assign?
Is there somewhere that I can see the Profiles and their associated permission sets?

It seems setting permissions for a user has been made even more difficult than in earlier versions. :?
