Transformation Tool, Setup Error.

Am trying to use the Transformation tool and while doing the setup gets the following error:
You do not have permission to run the 'Import/Export Form Types' Dataport.

Any ideas how to resolve this. ](*,) ](*,)
Few years ago we were not existing and few years to come we would be in the grave! So what will benefit us in the grave?

    1. What version have you setup the tool in?
    2. What kind of license do you have? And for what version?

    Sorry didn't put all those details:
    Imported the tool into Nav 2009 SP1 and using a Developer license.
    Few years ago we were not existing and few years to come we would be in the grave! So what will benefit us in the grave?
