Digipoort and ICP declaration

Hi there,
Is there anyone who did the declaration ICP with the digipoort successfully ?
I'm trying to get this work, but each time the client closes itself. They work on NAV 2009 R2 Classic and RTC.
In the digital port tab, I have filled the 1st and the 2nd field with the same Common Name:
example. http://www.klantnaam.nl
the URL for delivery is specified the following:
https://www.procesinfrastructuur.nl/PIA ... fresher vice
And for the status:
https://www.procesinfrastructuur.nl/PIB ... genService
Now I'm not sure if these are the correct URLs.
I hope someone can help me.
