speed Problem in Subcontracting Module

Dear Concern
One of our client is using NAV 2009 R2 (IN Version), when they are sending material in subcontracting then systems taking 3-4 hours to post 100 lines and even some time system comes at non responding stage.DB is in SQL (SQL Server 2008 R2). There is no customisation in Code units : 16360,90,11,12,13,21,22,23 and even on tables also. ](*,)
