Import Mails from Outlook

hello all and sorry if i placed this topic in wrong section.. and sorry for my english

is it possible to do import mail msgs from outlook [exchange] to nav5.0+? which automation component to use?
4ex:
PC_1: sending mail msg with 2 fields (in front of field maybe placed unique code (transparent color) for identify field)
PC_2: user replies to letter which contains 2 fields and fills in it
PC_3: new message received and navision checks "is it msg with filled fields?" if it true - reading values from this field...

Have a look to into codeunit 5064 E-Mail - Logging, it may contain at least some thing you want to start with.
