Morocco localization?

Hi guys.
This is more of a general question regarding NAV.
Has anyone had experience with implementations in Morocco?
Before looking for a partner I would like to know if NAV is used in Morocco and if so, whether they use W1 or some partner's localization. I've searched partnersoure for a localized version (even for 2009 R2) but didn't find anything.
