Error during Step 2 of Upgrade: Query Timeout Expired

Hi All,

I am working on an upgrade from nav 2009 r2 to nav 2013 r2.
There are 12 companies in database. 11 are done for step 2 (data transfer back to new version).

While running Transfer Data for one (12th) company, I am getting error or Timeout Elapsed.

After debugging I came to know that it stopped while reading a query "Sales Invoices - Cust. Entry" which is an object from Upgrade toolkit.

There are 387000 records in Sales Invoice Header table. The query also uses Cust. Ledger Entry table.

My question is, is there any way to increase this timeout period so that query executes perfectly and I can complete the job.

Please guide me on the issue. Thanks in advance.
