No, I don't think there's a way to achieve it in classic client.

No, there isn't. or you need to create a lot of fields on a line and fill them up 1 by 1.

If you have a servicetier running you can make a RDLC report and start it using a hyperlink.
It will cost a userlicense while the report is being executed.
