Is there any other way to delete old data from Navision tables beside developing report to go through that table and delete them?
And am I right the ledger tables should not ne deleted ? Right?

Thanks,
Indeed ledger entry tables cannot be deleted, but can be compressed to make the tables smaller. Of course you have to be carefull, because usually the tax authorities require a certain amount of years of data in your system. Of course you can restore a backup somewhere before you compress entries, so you still have the details available somewhere.
Besides compressing of ledger entries, NAV also provides several reports to delete data.
All of these options you can find in the Administration Menu, under IT-Administration.
! Be careful with compressing item legder entries. There have been issues reported after using this functionality, and several hotfixes. I think they even removed it in the 20xx versions.
