CREATING A CAPACITY TEST FOR SOLD AND ENQUIRED ITEMS

Hi Guys
I'm new to Nav and need plenty of help on how i can build a capacity report for items inquired. i have added the following columns on the sales line table STOCK-IN, STOCK-OUT and EXPENSIVE. All three are boolean functions. When a customer walks in, the sales desk will tick whether a part is expensive, in stock or out of stock. Now i need to built a report that will group similar item No's and calculate the percentage of YES against Number of times the item has been inquired. The same report will also calculate how many of these items was actually sold as a percentage of total times the item was inquired.
