Outlook Client crashes on every customisation publish

Hello All, I have an issue where when i release my customisations to the dev environment (crm 2011, ru 15, client is ru15 too) that it then makes the outlook client crash. To fix Outlook i then have to remove the crm data file. Has anyone else had this behaviour? I'm sysadmin so permissions are hopefully not an issue. It happens on outlook 2007 and 2010 clients. I've switched on diagnostics and the only error message i get that seems consistent is..
