Printing Pictures on Routing Report

We currently use images (.bmp format) in our routings / production orders to provide sign off boxes, and or instructional information. The problem I have is the image table which stores the images can handle any size of picture (pixel size). I'm attaching all images a 96 dpi which seem to print well for us. However, the report seems to chop off the image and is limited to what can be printed. I just need to know if it is possible to increase the image area that is being printed in the report. We have a developer that does customizations for us, but before I talk to him I want to know if anyone else has over come this issue. I'm assuming it is an issue within the report on how the image is displayed but I'm not sure. Any advice would be very helpful! Thanks a bunch!
