I have a problem running PDF creator i 2009R2. It runs fine in classic, but not in RTC.
A program shall print a report without user interface and save to a dir.
I tested out on my local machine with SQL server and Client on same PC. That works fine.
But in customers system with SQL and client separated it will not save any file. Error= Filesize is 0 byte.
I do not think it is user rights because I can run the PDF creator in manual mode from RTC and save the file. (using same code)
I am creating the PDFCreator automation object on client where also PDFcretaor is installed.

Anyone has used PDFcreator in RTC?

Can you give everyone permission to the folder where the service tier is writing the file?

Yes, I think everyone can be given rights to the folder.

I know it's not quite what you're asking, but you might be able to use the .SAVEASPDF option in RTC. Seems to work much more reliably than the PDFCreator, plus less dev and headaches.
