Barcode creattion and scanning

Hi
My task is to make a label from within Nav with a barcode on, create the label as a .PDF, attach it to an email and send it.
I have tried several diffent tecchnics to do this and I have solved it (I thought...) with BullZipp PDF driver and MS Dyn NAV Mail options (genration the barcode as a -bmp and put it on the label). But I am facing an issue I can't figure out.
I am working with NAV 2009 R2 Classic cliet on a Windows 7 Client.
1. I am creating a label with the barcode (as a scanable ".bmp" -file). Then I am printing it to a pdf file using BullZipp PDF Printer Driver (see att. Test1). Now I can't scan the label with my labelscanner
2. I am saving/printing my created PDF-label to a new file using CutePDF or Edoc Pro PDF printer. Now I am able to sca the barcode with my labelscanner (see att. test2).
Can anyone tell me what happends when I save the file via another printer driver? And can I se any of the settings (.setvalues) in the BullZipp printerdriver to make it Work from the first label?
