Problem in stage II Upgrade From version 250 to 370

In the process stage II while upgrading a database from 250 to 370, i got an error in the part which is after "COMMIT" in this stage II codeunit.
If i rectify the problem and run the processes after the "COMMIT", will it be fine or i have to run the whole process again.
