Hi,
When trying to integrate the first of the standard maps between NAV 2013 and CRM Online, I receive the above error. In the specific entity log it states ERROR : Unable to contact CRM metadata SOAP client. (See Error 1 attachment)
The credentials entered for the integration account are correct and the settings on the integration account also seem to be correct. Having run the map however, following the failure, if I try and log into the Microsoft portal using the integration account it shows me the following, suggesting that the connector has repeatedly failed to login and prompts for a code to be entered to confirm that I am not a robot. Entering the same credentials and the code, resets the account temporarily but as soon as the map is turned back on the same symptoms occur.
The user is an Office 365 user.
