Installation NAV2013 R2 Windows Client Error.

I have a problem with the installation of the windows client on a PC where I have Windows 7 Professional.
I installed Frameword NET 3.5 and 4.5.
I also run a windows update.
At the end of the installation, the report only displays errors: Fatal Error.
There are no notifications in the event viewer.
Has anyone found this problem?

I found the problem: the windows firewall service was not started.
I start the firewall service and the installation is successful.
