RepeatOnNewPage in Visual Studio 2010 ?

Hi All,
Case 1:Tablix have Header ,Body and Footer (with property of RepeatOnNewPage is TRUE)
Now that Time It's working perfect ,that means Header rows repeat on Every Page.
Case 2:But in the Second Case Tablix have Header,GroupHeader,Body and Footer(with property of RepeatOnNewPage is TRUE)
But Now that time it not working .That means Header rows not repeating on Every Page.

kindly advice me. :?
